Stakeholder
Communication Strategy
Nextron upholds a commitment to integrity, fostering open and transparent communication with all stakeholders in its daily operations. The company’s stakeholders include customers, suppliers, investors (shareholders), government agencies, research institutions, communities, media, industry associations, non-profit organizations, and employees.
To address operational needs and align with global sustainability trends, Nextron has established cross-functional task forces. These teams identify key stakeholders through open discussions guided by the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (AA1000 SES), developed by Accountability. The process evaluates five key dimensions: dependency, influence, attention, responsibility, and diversity. Based on this framework, Nextron has identified its primary stakeholders as customers, suppliers, investors (shareholders), and employees.
The stakeholder communication activities for 2024 will be reported to the Board of Directors on December 20, 2024, including an update on execution outcomes.
