Talent Development Blueprint
Nextronics understands that talent is the key driver of continuous innovation and sustainable development. To build a highly competitive professional team with strong growth potential, we have established a comprehensive, systematic "Training and Learning Map" that centers on employees' long-term development and lays out diverse learning paths covering every job grade and job family.

Training Program Design and Objective Alignment
To meet the stage-by-stage development needs of each job family and grade within the company, the training framework is organized into four core domains:

Through these progressive training objectives mapped to each job grade, we fully support colleagues at every career stage in continuously strengthening core capabilities in problem solving, communication and coordination, environmental analysis and organizational team development, laying out for every Nextronics employee a clear, forward-looking career ladder tightly aligned with the company's business objectives.

Clear Paths for Internal Promotions
A flat and flexible organizational structure allows employees to participate more directly in decision-making, providing more innovative ideas and opinions, which helps to promote innovation and development within the company. We also offer a stage for young and mid-level cadres, encouraging them to give full play to their talents.
Well-Developed Training Structure
Each new employee is assigned an excellent mentor to provide professional knowledge, experience, and skills guidance so that the new employee can adapt to the new job faster and improve efficiency. We offer different internal training courses, and employees are encouraged to participate in the external curriculums to enhance their abilities.
Fair Performance Appraisal System
Set individual performance goals at the beginning and middle of each year according to company and department goals. Fair and objective performance evaluations are conducted, which serve as the basis for job promotions, salary adjustments, performance-based bonus, employee development, and training plans.
