Safety Management
Occupational Safety
The Company places great importance on workplace safety and health, and hopes that employees can work in a healthy, safe and caring environment while maintaining physical and mental wellbeing. Every plant sets the goal of building a safe and healthy workplace with zero occupational accidents. Related measures are as follows:
- Schedule annual employee training programs to promote knowledge of business ethics and environmental, safety and health matters.
- The Company purchases public liability insurance for employee safety each year to reduce economic losses from accidents.
- Every year the Company conducts disaster-prevention drills, occupational safety and health disaster-prevention seminars, first-aid training and workplace safety seminars, and arranges annual employee health check-ups.
To prevent occupational accidents, provide a friendly working environment and safeguard the safety and health of all employees, Nextronics has voluntarily established an occupational health and safety management system that achieves safety and health management objectives and raises management standards through planning, implementation, evaluation and improvement.
A：Fire Drill
To fully implement the purposes of the Fire Services Act — preventing fires, responding to disasters and providing emergency rescue — in order to safeguard public safety, improve all employees' ability to evacuate and protect themselves correctly in a disaster, and verify the emergency mobilization function of the Company's response team structure so that rescue operations are carried out correctly and losses minimized, the Company has established a "Safety Protection Squad" and holds a plant-wide drill every six months.
Annual Implementation:
In October 2025, all 130 employees company-wide underwent health examinations. In partnership with Po Jen Hospital, we established a complete occupational health care system and arranged one-on-one interviews between occupational nurses and employees, completing 61 sessions in total.

B：Employee Health Examinations
To safeguard employee health and prevent occupational injury, Nextronics conducts an employee health examination once a year, with qualified medical professionals assessing employees' physical and mental condition through health reports.
Annual Implementation:
In 2025, 52 on-site health service sessions were arranged, with specially appointed medical professionals conducting one-on-one consultations with employees.

C：Environmental Safety Inspection
Supervisors at all levels of the company direct and oversee personnel under their responsibility to carry out safety inspections across the entire facility. These inspections include fire safety, building structures, electrical safety, overall environmental safety, and official vehicle safety. Records of each inspection are maintained for reference.
To maintain a high-quality working environment, the company conducts comprehensive cleaning, maintenance, and servicing of air conditioning, cooling, heating systems, and carpets across the entire facility each year, ensuring air quality that allows employees to work with peace of mind.
To better understand the actual working conditions and assess employee exposure levels, the company conducts workplace monitoring of designated items every six months in accordance with Article 12 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and publicly announces the results. Monitoring reports over the years show that the levels of chemical factors in the work environment have consistently remained below one-tenth of the permissible exposure limits, fully complying with regulatory standards.

ＤOccupational Safety Performance
The Company has established safety and health performance indicators and an Occupational Health and Safety Committee, which reviews occupational safety issues, recommends improvements and tracks how they are implemented, and reviews deficiencies at safety audit team meetings based on those recommendations.
A comprehensive safety-guard review has been carried out on machine tools in the plant (drilling, cutting, grinding, high-pressure and high-temperature equipment), with occupational safety specialists tracking the remediation of inadequate safety guarding.
In 2025 the Company installed AED equipment and obtained "Safe Place" certification. First-aid kits are provided in prominent locations on every floor, and a sufficient number of first-aiders is deployed as required by law. In the event of a work-related injury — whether to an employee or a non-employee — on-site first-aiders perform initial triage and first aid; if the injury exceeds what can be handled on site, the area's emergency officer takes the injured person to hospital for treatment.
Annual Implementation:
In 2025 there were no disabling injuries among employees or contractors, and the total injury index was 0.
